For program purchase

Your e-tickets will be emailed to you. No e-tickets will be emailed for education workshop programs; information will be emailed to participants closer to the program's start date. No paper tickets will be mailed.
No refunds for cancellations, except for education workshops (if requested up to 24 hours before start time).
MNHS reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather, extreme circumstances, and/or low enrollment. In such cases, ticket holders will be contacted through phone or email.

For membership purchase

Allow 2-3 weeks for your member card(s) and welcome letter to arrive via first class mail. Confirmation of your purchase will be emailed and may be used as your temporary membership pass when you visit MNHS historic sites before your membership card(s) arrive by mail.
